Epoxy Resin Tumbler FAQs
What is an epoxy resin tumbler?
Our tumblers are hand-decorated using epoxy resin, a durable liquid coating that hardens into a glossy, glass-like finish. It's what gives your tumbler that vibrant, glitter-glazed shine and helps protect the design underneath.
How do I clean my tumbler?
Hand wash only. Use warm water and a mild dish soap with a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid abrasive scrubbers, as they can dull the resin's shine over time.
Can I put my tumbler in the dishwasher?
No. Dishwashers combine high heat, harsh detergent, and intense water pressure — all of which can damage or discolor the epoxy finish. Always hand wash to keep your tumbler looking its best.
Can I microwave my tumbler?
No. Epoxy resin tumblers should never go in the microwave. High heat can warp, discolor, or crack the resin coating.
Is it safe to leave my tumbler in a hot car or in direct sunlight?
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to high heat, including hot cars and direct sunlight for extended periods. Excessive heat can cause the resin to soften, cloud, warp, or crack.
Can I put ice in my tumbler?
Yes! Cold drinks and ice are totally fine. It's high heat, not cold, that you need to watch out for.
Can I put hot beverages in my tumbler?
It depends on your specific tumbler's design — check your product listing for details. Even on tumblers rated for hot drinks, avoid leaving them near stovetops, in hot cars, or other high-heat environments, as this can affect the resin finish over time.
Will the glitter or design fade?
Our epoxy coating is designed to lock in the glitter and design for long-lasting shine. Following the care instructions above (hand wash, avoid high heat) will help keep the finish looking vibrant for years to come.

- ❌ Dishwasher
- ❌ Microwave
- ❌ Prolonged direct sunlight or hot cars
- ❌ Abrasive scrubbers or harsh chemical cleaners
- ✅ Hand wash with warm water and mild soap
